How can I create a new profile?
Posting your profile on is very easy and completely FREE of cost. All you need to do is fill in our FREE online registration form.
That's it!!! Your Profile information will be updated and will be online and accessible to all members immediatley.

How do I edit my profile?
Please follow the following steps to edit your matrimonial profile:
Login to your Account.
Click on My Profile, then Edit Personal Profile
Edit your personal profile according to the instructions provided and click the 'Submit and Continue' button at the end of the form.
Your profile will be updated and become available to everyone

Can I change any/all of the profile information while modifying my profile?
You can change most of the information in your profile. However, there are some items (e.g. your username) which can be changed only in exceptional circumstances. This too can be done only on request to Customer Relations, supported by valid reason(s) and/or necessary evidence.

Can I change my e-mail address after registering with and creating my profile?
To change your e-mail address, all you need to do is follow the following steps:
Login to your Account.
Click My Account to the left of your screen.
Follow the instructions in the form and click the 'Edit Information' button to change your contact information.

My profile is only partially visible. Why?
Whenever you post a new profile or you modify certain information in your profile, the profile is screened by the Customer Relations team. During the screening process, only your essential information is displayed. Once the screening process is completed (usually within 24 hours) your profile will be completely visible to everybody. If any modifications are required then you will be informed immediately by e-mail. Profiles are screened to ensure that they follow the terms of use / service agreement and to protect your privacy. So if you have recently posted a new profile or modified your profile then we request you to be patient; your profile will be fully visible very soon.

Are there any special tips and tricks to make a profile thats popular?
There are several things you can do to improve your chances of getting contacted.
Add an attractive recent photo of yourself to your profile. This is the single most effective step you can take to generate high viewership and also be featured in "Photos only" search results. Read more on why your photograph is important.
Take time to fill your Personal Profile as accurately and completely as possible.
Spend time writing more about your qualitative aspects - aspirations and goals, attitude towards life, your family and your hobbies. Remember, people want to know more about yourself before they decide to contact you.
For help, go through the questions given in the "Click here for tips" link, next to the “More About Yourself” section. These questions will help you to describe yourself better. Read more on how to tone your profile
Add your Partner Profile. If you do not have a Partner Profile, others viewing your profile will not know what kind of partner you are looking for. So, specify the qualities that you are looking for in your mate. Don't be unnecessarily restrictive in your choices. Make multiple selections within a category, if need be.
Also, if you are logged in, every time you use Advanced Search, you have an option of saving the various search criteria as your Partner Profile. Thus, you need not create your Partner Profile separately. Of course, you can modify it any time later. Read Partner profile tips

Can I hide my profile temporarily?
Yes you can. To hide your profile , all you need to do is follow the following steps:
Login to your Account.
click the 'Submit' button to hide your profile immediately.

Can I selectively hide my profile from only some members?
No. If you choose to hide your profile then it will be hidden from all members.

How do I change my photo in my profile?
To change your photo you need to have a digital photo (a scanned photo of yourself on the computer/digital camera). If you DO NOT have a digital photo, please read further instructions. If you do have a digital photo all you need to do is:
Login to your Account.
Click on Manage Photos in My Profile area and follow the instructions there.

Click on Manage Photos in My Profile and follow the instructions there.

Can I add more than one photograph to my profile?
Yes, you can add upto 10 photographs in your album along with your profile. You can also change your existing primary profile photograph and attach a new photograph to your profile.
