How do I login and logout ?
The Login and Logout options are found at the very top of the website or you can get to the login page by clicking on the "Login Here >>" link to the left side. Please note that you can now log in using ONLY your email address which you have submitted during registration. |

Why do I have to wait for my email confirmation after registering?
This is to ensure your security and to validate your email address. Once you get the email confirmation , please follow the instructions in the email to activate your account. This method also makes sure that when you contact other members , you know that they have registered using a valid email address. |

Can other members come to know when I am logged into ?
Yes. The Check Who’s Online feature lists members who are currently online. This feature helps members to get noticed and get more contacts from other members. So login and get noticed!

You do not need your Username to login. To find out your Username login to your account using your email id and password. You can see your Username on the My Home page. |

If you have forgotten your password, we can send it to you via email. You can use the forgot your password link in the very top of next to the login form.

I am not happy with my Profile ID that I chose during registration. Can I change it now?
No. does not allow you to change your Username since it is used as a unique identifier in several places within the system. Therefore we recommend that you choose your Username carefully. Exceptions will be made solely at the discretion of Customer Relations.

How can I change my password?
To change your password, all you need to do is follow the following steps:
Login and go to My Account.
Follow the instructions in the form and click the 'Change password' button to change your password.
